Â
âI came across The Movify Your Life Show podcast by complete accident â and it was exactly what I needed. The ideas, insights, and actions were simple but profoundly effective. I spent a few hours pretending I was a âmovie heroâ whilst applying for a board position â and was interviewed for it. I took the advice to heart one afternoon and spent time being a tourist in my hometown, and had more fun than I had in a very long time.
From there, I downloaded Jessâs free ebook â highly recommended! The podcast, ebook, and Instagram page are all whimsical, fun, and really do lead to transformation.
Since âMovifying My Lifeâ â and acting like my own main character â Iâve booked two solo cruises, planned six weeks travelling the UK (Iâm from Australia), and enrolled on a course Iâve been interested in but never thought I could join. I have a feeling that by following the âMovify Your Lifeâ practice, I will actually become the woman I always wanted to be, but never thought I could.â

"The Movify Your Life Moviementary (a documentary with a twist) is a MASTERCLASS on self-reinvention. I feel inspired by Jessica's story and how she captured it all on film. This moviementary is emotionally moving, inspirational, and had a lot of surprisingly funny parts. More people need to watch it and know about her and her mission."
