222. Your Life, but Make It an Autumn Movie

What if you could make an ordinary day feel like your favourite autumn film? Think cosy drinks, country music, seasonal treats, unexpected adventures, and a soundtrack that makes even getting ready feel cinematic.

In this episode, I’m taking you through my first week of being 40, complete with autumn festivals, donkeys, friendship, a harvest hoedown, and the rather unexpected experience of line dancing while eating pie and mash.
